- How do I sign up?
- Create an account on our website. Once registered, you’ll receive your unique U.S. mailbox number and shipping address.
- How often do you have flights?
- We have flights from the U.S. 2-3x per week.
- How do I know when my package arrives?
- You’ll receive an email notification when your package is checked into our system.
- When do customs fees apply?
- Customs fees are only charged on packages valuing $100 USD or higher.
- What are restricted items?
- Toy guns, pepper spray, any form of weapons including swords, guns, ammunition, radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters and matches, camouflage, cash etc.
- I need help purchasing something online
- We can help you purchase items online and deliver them to your doorstep.
- Do you ship large or heavy items?
